VLT & Conditions Overview
Consider the conditions you’ll be riding in when choosing a lens. The lower the VLT (visual light transmitted) rating, the darker the lens, less light passes through. Category ratings (0-4) range from full sun (Category 4) to low-light night conditions (Category 0).
High VLT
Best for Bright Full Sun Light
Tuned Lenses: T6 Onyx, T13 Auburn Red, T15 Fume Silver
Everyday Lenses: 6% Dark Grey, 14% Fire Chrome, 14% Orange Chrome, 13% Gold Chrome, 12% Silver Chrome
Medium VLT
Best for Bright to Moderate Light.
